More About Me

If you are reading this, you're likely looking for a Realtor and you'd like to know something about me. I started brokering real estate in 2013. At the time, I was also teaching English at Freeman High School, but a few years later I made real estate my full-time career. Though teaching and being a Realtor are wildly different jobs, they have this in common: serving the client. Students and parents are clients of the teacher and Buyers and Seller are the clients of the Realtor. Brokering real estate is not a sales job - it is a service to those who wisely choose to hire representation to handle the most important transaction of their life.

Rest assured Sellers. I am a Certified Pricing Strategist so I will help you price your home for immediate Buyer interest and will guide you through the process of getting your home on the market and to the closing table. The average For Sale By Owner home sold for 18% less than a home listed with a Realtor!

Buyers, did you know working with a Realtor is free to you? Finding houses to look at online is easy, but a Buyers agent will match your budget to the home search, arrange showings, negotiate on your behalf, guide you through the contract, offer insight during the inspection period, and help you understand how to successfully reach closing. Even Buyers who have bought or sold property before benefit from the expertise a Realtor provides.

I am a Spokane native and love my city. My favorite PNW activities are hiking and boating, so I'm in the right place. I also support my community by volunteering for Project Beauty Share and donating to The Boys & Girls Club, Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, Joya, The Shriners, and Meals on Wheels. Join me in supporting these tremendous organizations if you are able. When you need a Realtor, please call me so we can talk about how I may serve you!
